1. Who we are

Texas Junk Guys (texasjunkguys.com) is operated by Digital Storks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16816062), registered office 12 Constance Street, London, E16 2DQ, United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Digital Storks Ltd. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. What the site is

Texas Junk Guys is a directory of independent junk removal and dumpster rental companies in Texas. We don't haul anything, rent dumpsters, set prices, or employ or supervise the companies listed. Any job you book is a contract between you and that company only. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the company's work, pricing, conduct, licensing or insurance.

Using the site and sending a quote request is free for customers.

3. Listings and ratings

Most listings start from public business information, and some details may be out of date or wrong. Ratings shown on a listing are Google ratings, labelled as such, and belong to Google and the people who wrote the reviews. A listing, an “Owner-verified” mark or a paid placement is not a recommendation or a guarantee. Before you hire, confirm the price, what it includes, and the company's licensing and insurance directly with the company. How listings are chosen and ordered is explained on how we list companies.

4. Quote requests

When you send a quote request, you ask us to pass it to one local company that serves your area. That company sees your contact details once it accepts the request, and may then contact you by phone or email about the job. If you tick “Text me about this quote request”, you also agree to be texted about that request. We can't promise that a company will be available, will respond, or will offer any particular price, and you are never obliged to book.

Please give accurate details, and only send a request for a real job at an address you are entitled to arrange work for.

5. Business owners

If you claim or submit a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business and that what you provide (details, description, logo, photos) is accurate and yours to use. You allow us to display it on the site. We review claims and new listings and may decline, edit, unpublish or remove a listing, including for inaccurate information or misuse of customer details.

Customer details you receive through a quote request may be used only to respond to that request. Don't sell them, pass them on, or add them to marketing lists.

Claiming a listing is free. Paid placements (Featured and City Spotlight) are optional, are always labelled as paid, and are arranged with us directly; their price and length are agreed in writing before they start. A paid placement does not guarantee any number of calls, quote requests or jobs. See pricing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't send false or spam requests, impersonate a person or business, copy or scrape the directory in bulk, try to get around our security or spam controls, or use the site in a way that breaks the law. We may block access or remove content where this happens.

7. Our content

The site's design, text, logo and the way the directory is put together belong to Digital Storks Ltd. Business names, logos and photos belong to their owners. You may use the site for your own personal or internal business purposes; anything else needs our written permission. Guides on the site are general information, not professional advice.

8. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the accuracy of listings, the quality of any company's work, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with a listed company, including property damage, injury, missed appointments, pricing disputes or unfinished work, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

11. Changes

We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection or right to bring a claim that the law of the place where you live gives you.
